About the Role

Soleo Health Inc is seeking a highly skilled Medical Support Specialist to join our team in Norcross, GA. This role will be responsible for providing clinical support services and sterile compounding of infusion therapies under the direction of a pharmacist.

Responsibilities:

  • Sterile preparation of IV / infused medications under the direction of the pharmacist and in compliance with current regulations and standards.
  • Maintains call and shipment schedules to ensure continuity of care for all patients.
  • Collects, documents, disseminates and coordinates customer communications, laboratory data and various clinical information with pharmacy, nursing and reimbursement staff.
  • Performs efficient data entry of pertinent patient and prescription information into company's pharmacy software system, as allowed by BOP regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • Registered/Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), or as required by the BOP.
  • Minimum experience working as a technician in the pharmacy IV room of a hospital.
  • Prior technician experience with a home infusion company preferred.
  • Current registration and ACPE requirements are met.
