Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Excellence Services, LLC. As a key member of our household operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our private estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee housekeeping staff and schedules
  • Update and manage housekeeping-related fixes and small repairs
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping checklists
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and housekeeping tools are maintained in good working order
  • Manage and inspect outdoor facilities' cleanliness
  • Inspect linens and towels regularly and report when items need to be replaced
  • Clean furniture and fixtures as directed using approved products
  • Assist with changing and making the bedding
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uniform standards
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English with great communication skills
  • Years of related experience working in a high-level private home or hotel
  • References required from current and previous employers
  • Working knowledge of Mac/PC operating systems and smart home systems
  • Ability to pass a background check and be legally able to work in the United States
