Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead to join our team in Lancaster, PA. As a key member of our store leadership, you will create an engaging environment for associates and customers alike. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in executing daily action plans and cultivating a store culture where operations run smoothly, associates are trained and motivated, and customer expectations are consistently exceeded.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Welcome customers and provide exceptional shopping experiences by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Share your knowledge of our products and services to outfit and inspire customers.
  • Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through our company selling model.
  • Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans.
  • Motivate and coach associates to recognize and improve performance.
  • Drive results by identifying business opportunities in partnership with store leaders.
  • Assess daily schedules to maximize productivity and equalize payroll.
  • Support store leadership with onboarding new associates when needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of retail experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A passion for styling and working with people.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • The ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Proficiency with technology, including operating store systems accurately.
