About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at DAEDONG - USA , INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing quality control processes across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and correct quality issues related to OEM vendors, including packaging, damages, errors, and shipping/transportation of products.
- Develop and perform systematic and random audit/inspection processes for wholegoods and parts departments.
- Assist Product Development and Product Line Managers with product resolution as required.
- Conduct inventory campaigns, compose service bulletins, and product advisories as needed.
- Generate and compile reports on quality metrics, process performance, and compliance indicators.
- Execute root cause analysis on failed parts as required.
- Test and evaluate new products, including assembly, teardown, and revision as necessary.
- Complete product reviews and reports as required.
- Develop assembly instructions for current and new products.
- Coordinate new product assembly and quality inspections prior to launch.
- Review and proof-read manuals prior to launch or as revisions are implemented.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of mechanical experience, preferably in agriculture or construction.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience with training and development of training materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Solomon, CRM, or similar application experience is a plus.
