About the Position

Dometic, a global leader in the mobile living industry, is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our Litchfield team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of materials flow, ensuring control and accuracy over inventory, and developing and maintaining supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a world-class supply chain strategy to improve working capital and customer experience.
  • Implement a sales and operations planning process to drive business growth.
  • Define and implement supply chain metrics to measure performance.
  • Negotiate supply agreements with key suppliers and manage purchase-to-receipt processes.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and optimize supplier performance.
  • Prepare forecasts to anticipate supply problems and take preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive supplier selection decisions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
  • Experience in MRP/ERP environments and business modeling and analytics.
  • Professional certifications in supply chain management, such as CPM/CPSM or CPIM/CSCP.
