Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $45.00/hr - $52.22/hr, plus shift differential and sign-on bonus opportunities. Job Description: As a Registered Nurse at Life Care Center of McMinnville, you will be responsible for delivering quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and providing services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Your role will include evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment, revising care plans based on changes in the patient's condition, and providing clinical supervision to CNA/LPNs.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing), current licensure/registration in your state, and one year of skilled nursing experience preferred. You must also maintain an active RN license in good standing throughout employment and obtain CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.
