About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Brewery Financial Specialist to join our team at Small Batch Standard. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional accounting and financial support to our brewery clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • AP Processing and Reconciliation: You will work closely with our team to process all inbound invoices, receipts, credit memos, and other documentation for our brewery clients in QuickBooks Online.
  • Banking Screen Transaction Processing: You will be responsible for processing the banking screen in QBO for your brewery clients each week, including matching transactions, entering payroll, and maintaining both bank and POS syncs.
  • Monthly Close Work: As you progress and learn, you will have the opportunity to take on full monthly close responsibility for some of our clients under the direction of your manager and your Brewery Accountant teammates.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication: You will participate and contribute to the overall success of our team, sharing wins, progress, and knowledge, as well as identifying and solving issues at multiple levels.
