Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advancing our facilities and energy solutions, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle service calls and conduct maintenance tests to ensure optimal system performance
  • Analyze existing BAS systems and advise on issue resolutions
  • Configure, calibrate, and test sensors, actuators, and field devices
  • Load, test, and confirm communication among BAS controllers
  • Perform system check-out, commissioning, and document results
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience with Building Automation Controls Systems, including Schneider Electric, SmartStruxure, I/A, Andover Continuum, and/or Tridium Niagara R2/AX/N4
  • 1 year experience with Building Automation Systems and Protocols, including LON, BACnet, ModBus, and Metasys
  • Basic Ethernet networking skills, including setting up IP addresses and network communication
  • MS Office Suite experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of Building Automation Control systems with troubleshooting experience
  • Basic low voltage electrical testing skills
  • Authorization to work in the US
  • Ability to travel extensively with a valid Driver's License
Preferred Skills
  • Associated degree or 3 years of Vocational Technical Training
