Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a qualified Behavioral Therapist - ABA Specialist to join our team. Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs in a school environment.
• Provide direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff, ensuring fidelity to treatment protocols.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support for students.
• Conduct parent training sessions and provide resources to families.
• Stay current with best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience in developing and implementing ABA programs for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
