At Soliant, we are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school team. With a passion for helping students overcome communication challenges and promoting language development, this role is ideal for individuals who are driven to make a positive impact.
Job OverviewThis full-time position involves providing direct therapy services and monitoring progress, collaborating with teachers, parents, and educational professionals, and participating in IEP meetings. As an SLP at Soliant, you will have the opportunity to evaluate the communication skills of referred students, diagnose speech and/or language disorders, and develop effective treatment plans.
Responsibilities- Provide Direct Therapy Services: Work one-on-one with students to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, aiming to improve their communication skills and overall academic performance.
- Collaborate with Educational Professionals: Build strong relationships with teachers, parents, and other SLPs to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Evaluate Communication Skills: Assess the strengths and weaknesses of referred students, identifying areas where they may require additional support or accommodations.
- Develop Effective Treatment Plans: Create personalized plans that address the unique needs of each student, incorporating evidence-based strategies and techniques to promote successful outcomes.
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Communication Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology
- An active SLP License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within a supportive and collaborative environment.
