About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced EHS Director to lead our environmental health and safety programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective EHS strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on EHS-related matters
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in EHS management, with at least 5 years in corporate or regional leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, including Clean Air Act programs and OSHA regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
