Job Summary:

The successful candidate will process and analyze patient samples, monitor quality control, and ensure all instruments are properly maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform laboratory procedures and demonstrate sound laboratory techniques.
  • Maintain proficiency in judging acceptability of quality control results.
  • Communicate sample issues within and outside the department to support proper client communication.
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on all department instruments.
  • Assist in evaluating and developing new procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Biological or Chemical Science or equivalent certification.
  • 1+ year's experience in a laboratory setting.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,600 - $60,800 based on industry standards and location. However, actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as experience and qualifications.
