Job Summary:
  • We seek an experienced Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership and support to our organization. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a CFO in a small technology company and a strong understanding of IT engineering services, metrics, and analytics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and evaluating our financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective financial strategies to drive growth and expansion. This includes managing cash flow, leading financial planning and analysis, and supervising the accounting team.

The selected candidate will also participate in pivotal decisions related to strategic initiatives and operational models, preparing and presenting monthly financial budgeting reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance and financial procedures. Additionally, they will oversee the month-end closing process, eliminate inefficiencies, and explore new investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective financial strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Manage cash flow, lead financial planning and analysis, and supervise the accounting team.
  • Participate in pivotal decisions related to strategic initiatives and operational models.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports, ensuring timely and accurate data for stakeholders.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and financial procedures, overseeing the month-end closing process and eliminating inefficiencies.
  • Explore new investment opportunities, providing recommendations on potential returns and risks.
Requirements:
  • Prior CFO experience in a small technology company, with a strong understanding of IT engineering services, metrics, and analytics.
  • 5+ years of total accounting or finance experience, with outstanding knowledge of GAAP, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
  • Hands-on ERP Systems Experience, preferably Unanet, with excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence, with the ability to motivate staff.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with significant experience working with external auditors, internal controls, and compliance-related issues.
