Staff Accountant

This role involves performing a variety of professional-level accounting duties, including preparing, maintaining, analyzing, verifying, and reconciling financial transactions, statements, records, and reports. The successful candidate will also aid in maintaining the accuracy of ledgers and financial systems, as well as assisting in the preparation of budgets, settling intercompany transactions, billing clients, annual audit, and year-end closing.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
- Analyze and reconcile financial transactions
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial plans
- Settle intercompany transactions and bill clients
- Participate in annual audit and year-end closing processes
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (or degree in business with relatable experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
