Job Summary:

As a Hospice Aide at AccentCare, you will provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients with daily living activities, administering medication, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will also participate in ongoing training and education to ensure high-quality care for patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
  • Administer medication and assist with medical equipment as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
  • Document patient care activities and report any changes in condition to the hospice team

Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
