We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Specialty Chemicals Sales Professional. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a focus on distributor experience in the chemical or CASE related industries.
This is a remote role with majority of travel within the greater Los Angeles area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a territory and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and execute customer growth strategies
- Utilize CRM and other platforms to record customer and sales information
- Travel to visit current and prospective customers within the territory
- Attend industry trade shows and marketing events
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the CASE products and ingredients industry
- Experience working directly for a distributor
- Strong knowledge of the chemical industry
- Available to travel at least 50% within the territory
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
