National Tax Technical Senior Manager

Moss Adams is seeking a highly skilled National Tax Technical Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our National Tax team, you will play a critical role in driving the achievement of our tax practice goals, particularly in technical tax matters.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with tax leaders and team members to identify and develop opportunities for tax technical services.
- Drive resolution of complex tax technical matters with high levels of uncertainty and risk.
- Lead technical tax research and communicate findings as appropriate.
- Manage projects and provide coaching and development to people that support tax practice initiatives.
- Develop internal and external written tax communications related to technical tax matters and tax law developments.
- Evaluate implications of new tax law changes and provide recommendations to tax leadership as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, emphasis in accounting or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years tax professional experience required, with experience in a public accounting or law firm, and/or experience in tax due diligence and merger and acquisitions tax consulting preferred.
- CPA or Bar License required.
- Experience coaching and managing a team, including the technical development of tax professionals, required.
