Job Highlights:

  • $17.50-$21.88 per hour

Job Description: As a Lead Associate, Footwear, you'll play a crucial role in achieving store footwear sales by providing an exceptional customer experience. You'll maximize footwear sales by delivering efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service, ensuring the store is neat, clean, and well-presented at all times.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing an exceptional customer service experience unique to Under Armour
  • Bringing out the best in each customer by suggesting the right footwear based on their needs
  • Coaching fellow teammates on footwear products and best-selling practices
  • Stocking, straightening, and cleaning the store
  • Assisting in fulfilling omnichannel orders

To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:

  • At least 18 years old
  • 1-year previous retail experience
  • Available to work a flexible schedule
  • Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held, and mobile devices)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the role

You'll be considered a top candidate if you also have:

  • Previous experience selling footwear in a retail environment

Purpose of Role: The Lead Associate, Footwear supports the achievement of store sales and KPI targets by modeling brand values, leveraging product knowledge, and selling skills to provide athletes a unique experience when visiting Under Armour.

Your Impact:

  • Sales & Omni: Complete omni-channel requests for athletes in line with Under Armour's policies and procedures where applicable
  • Coaching and training fellow teammates on footwear technology and selling practices
  • Promote core & seasonal products to athletes by incorporating knowledge into the selling process

Requirements:

  • One year experience of working in a sports/apparel & footwear retail environment
  • High School education or equivalent
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends

Physical Requirements:

Ability to handle or relocate products up to 25 lbs/12kgsAble to stand and move about for extended periods with short breaks to handle productsAbility to freely access all areas of the store; including the selling floor, stock, and register area
