Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements and company standards.
  • Lead a team of engineers and architects to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with mechanical codes, plumbing codes, and ASHRAE design standards.
  • Mentor and train junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design, with a focus on HVAC and plumbing design.
  • Extensive experience with steam and high-temperature system design.
  • PE License preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical codes, plumbing codes, and ASHRAE design standards.
