Responsibilities:

* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
* Provide care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Maintain up-to-date posting of medical information and ensure a hazard-free workspace.
* Participate in routine training within the residences to stay informed on best practices and procedures.
* Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
* Support residents in following dietary menus and post all menus/special diets for easy access for other staff.
* Assist with the distribution of medications and other medical treatments as directed by licensed nursing staff.
* Maintain weekly medication counts and reorder supplies as necessary according to agency policy and procedures; report any medication errors.
* Document care and observations accurately and timely in resident records.
* Attend circles of support, monthly staff meetings, and in-services to provide input on care plans and collaborate with the team.

Requirements:

* Current CNA certification
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* US Work Authorization
* Valid TN Driver's License
* 3 years clean driving history
* No prior felony convictions
