Oncologist and Rehabilitation Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Home Health Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Martinsburg, Ohio. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain, and other medical conditions. Based on this assessment and evaluation, the physical therapist will develop and implement a personalized treatment plan aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well-being.
- Evaluate patients' functional status and physical therapy needs, assisting the physician in developing the therapy plan of care.
- Observe and report patients' responses to treatment and any changes in their condition to the supervising nurse and/or the physician.
- Treat patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and/or maintain maximum functioning using acceptable standards of practice.
- Instruct and inform participating members of the healthcare team, the patient, and family/caregivers regarding the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress toward goals.

Requirements:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must possess current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice, as well as current CPR certification. A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are also required.

Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
