Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled ICU Nurse RN to join our team at TriStar Horizon Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Estimated Salary: $94,000 - $120,000 per yearAbout the Job

This role is responsible for administering prescribed medications, changing dressings, cleaning wounds, and monitoring vital signs. You will also provide respiratory, ventilator management, and monitoring for patients. Additionally, you will serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

Requirements
  • RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • BLS required
  • Must obtain ACLS within 6 Months of hire or transfer from non ICU area
  • Specialty certification preferred
  • One to two years clinical nursing preferred
  • ICU experience preferred
