Speech Pathologist - Pediatric Specialist

Mayo Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our pediatric team. As a Speech Pathologist, you will provide speech and language services to children in various multi-disciplinary clinics and individual evaluation and therapy services. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission of providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in staff/division meetings and involvement in designated committees/special interest groups/tasks forces
  • Provide speech and language services to children in various multi-disciplinary clinics and individual evaluation and therapy services

Qualifications:

  • Master of Science (MS) or Master of Art (MA) degree in Speech-Language Pathology, or Master of Speech Pathology (MSP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • Licensed by the State of Minnesota Department of Health in Speech-Language Pathology

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience evaluating and treating children with autism spectrum disorder
  • Extra training/skills with special populations—autism (i.e., ADOS training), motor-based speech treatment approaches, craniofacial/VPI evaluation, cochlear implant/hearing loss, and AAC

Exemption Status: Exempt

Compensation Detail: $72,612.80 - $108,971.20 / year

Benefits Eligible: Yes

Schedule: Full Time

Hours/Pay Period: 80

Schedule Details: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Weekend Schedule: NA

International Assignment: No
