We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our Global team, responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT construction projects across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project planning, resource management, reporting, and implementation of IT construction projects globally.
- Project manage complex data center migrations and other technical projects, ensuring all project deliverables are met.
- Coordinate and deliver IT construction projects on schedule and within budget, handling any challenges that arise with strategic problem-solving.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Construction, IT departments, and external suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
- Negotiate and influence multiple teams with opposing priorities, reducing conflict and fostering better relationships to achieve project success.
- Design and develop performance measurements, metrics, and dashboards to provide analytical insights to business partners.
- Create clear and accurate reports throughout the project's lifecycle, keeping partners informed of progress, risks, and issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience with emphasis on continuous improvement in a technical field with demonstrable results.
- Extensive experience project managing complex data center migrations with an emphasis on IT design.
- Good knowledge of networking within a data center and how it interconnects disparate systems such as Security, BMS, etc.
- Strong statistical analysis skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly skilled at reporting Key Performance Indicators using automated reporting and live dashboards, which will be used at all organizational levels.
- Expert organizational and communication skills with ability to multi-task and quickly contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
