Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Next Level Staffing. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products in a manufacturing setting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with meeting planning, document preparation, and activity coordination to support department functions.
  • Collect and analyze data, preparing standard reports to inform decision-making.
  • Use computer applications for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, graphics, or scheduling.
  • Perform repetitive inspections following standardized methods and procedures.
  • Inspect or check parts using precision measuring instruments or against fixed samples.
  • Verify dimensions and finishes against blueprint or work order specifications.
  • Assist with nonconforming product analysis and root cause identification.
  • Read and interpret drawings.

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is preferred.
  • Ability to use standard office equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
  • Basic arithmetic skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in various units of measure.
  • The ability to stand or walk on concrete for up to 4 hours at a time.
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
