Responsibilities

You will be eligible for a $3,000 Sign-on Bonus. You will receive an additional $1,000, less applicable withholdings, generally paid out after successfully completing one year of service, and again after completing two years of service in this position. Speak to a recruiter regarding incentive eligibility, requirements, and restrictions for new hire employees and current employees accepting a promotion.

Your Role

As a Certified Nursing Associate, your responsibilities will include:
  • Contribute to the assessment of patients' health status
  • Assist patients with taking their medications on time, meals, attending to personal needs, and changing wound dressings as needed
  • Play a vital role as a liaison between our patients and their care teams
  • Communicate pertinent patient information to appropriate members of the treatment team with direction from the Charge Nurse
  • Grow your skills in a diverse and multicultural environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • To be at least 16 years old
  • To be on the Nurse Aide Registry of the State in which you work upon hire
  • To have BLS (Basic Life Support) from the American Heart Association upon hire

Compensation and Benefits
