Nurse Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Registered Nurse to coordinate nursing care for patients in our Physician Clinics. The successful candidate will work cooperatively with ancillary nursing staff and other patient team personnel to provide leadership and ensure the highest quality of care.
The RN will be responsible for assessing patients systematically, implementing care based on professional standards of nursing practice, and assisting physicians in developing patient plans of care. Additionally, they will identify learning needs of patients and family members and facilitate teaching/learning processes to meet these needs.
This position requires a current license to practice as a professional nurse in the state of Louisiana. A department orientation will be provided based on your experience and level of comfort, and a hospital-wide orientation will be required upon hire.
As a member of our healthcare team, you can expect a supportive and collaborative work environment. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and you will not be required to work weekends or holidays. This position may float from different clinics and fill in where needed.
Based on industry standards, the estimated salary for this position is approximately $62,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.
