We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our team at CHB Enterprises LLC. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to carpentry work, including installation and repair of windows, doors, and cabinets, as well as minor framing and drywall installation. You will also be responsible for completing remodel projects, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, and performing rough and finished carpentry work.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete remodel projects, including framing, drywall, trim, paint, deck repair, roof repair, and general maintenance.
Perform rough and finished carpentry work, including kitchen and bathroom remodels.
Maintain a personal set of tools and ensure they are in good working condition.
Complete work-order reports daily and communicate with customers and project managers in a professional manner.
Maintain a clean job site and adhere to OSHA safety guidelines.
Order and pick up materials as needed and maintain a valid driver's license and insured personal vehicle.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in carpentry and trades.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Effective oral communication and basic math and computer skills.
Experience in cleaning and restoration preferred.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods and repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
Ability to work with and around cleaning products and chemicals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
Strong time-management skills to complete work within scheduled time frames.
