Account Executive, SMB Sales Professional

- Exceed Sales Quotas: As a key player, you'll need to not only meet but exceed monthly sales quotas by conquering accounts in your assigned geographic territory.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Excellence: Under the mentorship of your sales manager, be a lead generation maestro through field-based prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Creative Sales Approaches: Devise and implement creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals that set you apart in the industry.
- Training and Development: Work closely with leadership to hone your skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management. Participate in training opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: 1+ years of verifiable successful business customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment.
- Dynamic Task Management: Thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment, showcasing outstanding multitasking abilities.
- Customer Service Excellence: Consistent record of delivering outstanding customer service with acute attention to detail.
- Communication Mastery: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are a must.
- Negotiation Expertise: Showcase effective negotiating and closing skills that leave a lasting impression.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Proposal Writing: Demonstrated experience in preparing, delivering, and following up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations.
- CRM Expertise: 1+ years of experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. to manage and maintain customer records.
- Forecasting and Funnel Management: 1+ years of experience leading and maintaining and accurate funnel of sales opportunities including staging, next steps, and close dates to support accurate sales forecasting.
