At Apple, we're seeking highly skilled Computational Designers to join our Industrial Design Group. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to be a key contributor in shaping the future of our products.

We're looking for individuals with a deep understanding of computational design principles and proficiency in tools like Grasshopper and Rhino. Python or C# skills are a plus, but not necessary. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with our designers, researchers, and CAD sculptors.

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable understanding of computational design for production
  • Proficiency in Grasshopper and Rhino, with Python or C# skills a plus
  • Highly adaptable and able to offer creative solutions for complex problems
  • Ability to comprehend and integrate large data sets into computational models
  • Conceptual ability to translate and change parameters
  • Proven complex data and file management

Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or Computational Design is required. We welcome candidates from all levels of experience.

Estimated Salary Range: $136,300 - $248,700 per year, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, and opportunities for education-related reimbursement.
