Pricing Department Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Pricing Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating departmental activities, and facilitating communication within the team and with external departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Administrative Support:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, and other documents.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, related to pricing data and documentation.
- Pricing Documentation and Management:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of pricing reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Collect and compile data related to pricing strategies and market analysis.
- Ensure all pricing documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding pricing inquiries.
- Coordinate and communicate with team members to facilitate project completion and data gathering.
- Assist in the planning and execution of departmental meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Other Duties:
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Pricing Manager to support the team and department objectives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role, preferably within the HVAC/R industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information.
Working Conditions:
- This position requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasional lifting of office supplies and equipment may be necessary.
