Glens Falls Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include observing residents, reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse, and assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. You will also be responsible for setting up meal trays, documenting food and fluid intake, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. In addition, you will be expected to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
