Sales Director

At Fluid Flow Products, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales process, managing sales budgets, and supervising sales team members to deliver revenue and profit commitments.

Our mission is to help customers maximize the performance and profitability of their operations through industry-leading technical support, service, and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize business practices to improve operational performance and customer value propositions.
- Supervise and manage sales team members to deliver the highest levels of customer service and ensure all company policies are followed.
- Manage supplier relationships with key suppliers and develop new business opportunities in a defined sales territory.
- Set goals for sales team members, clearly communicate expectations, and monitor performance.
- Collaborate with sales team members to identify and unlock sales and profit opportunities.
- Utilize data to develop trends and insights that drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years' proven experience in sales management focused on engineered solutions and services.
- 5+ years' selling engineered products and solutions in the Power Generation industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering is desirable.
