Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including $64,000 per annum, along with an exceptional benefits program.

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing routine administrative duties, maintaining accurate records, collecting data, and providing information to customers
  • Responding to inquiries from the public or customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Preparing response letters for supervisors' signatures by checking organizational records
  • Collecting and recording data from customers, staff, and the public
  • Providing product or service information to stakeholders and the public
  • Filing and maintaining paper or electronic records
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • U.S. Citizenship to obtain client-issued Public Trust
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Prior experience in the clean energy sector (desired)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detailed attention to work and fundamental business writing knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Education and Professional Development

A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.
