Job Overview
The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia seeks a skilled Registered Nurse for its Bone Marrow Unit. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will provide expert care to patients undergoing stem cell transplants and treating various forms of cancer.

About the Role
This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week with a rotating shift schedule. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities as needed. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality, family-centered care, adhering to evidence-based practices and safety procedures.

Responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate, and revise patient care plans throughout their hospitalization
- Gather and analyze data to inform the care team and delegate tasks effectively
- Promote excellent patient outcomes by adhering to best practices and safety protocols
- Identify and address safety concerns or ethical dilemmas with unit leadership
- Establish effective partnerships with the interdisciplinary care team

Requirements
- At least one year of RN experience preferred
- Prior experience in pediatrics or area of specialty beneficial
- Licenses and certifications: Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania or New Jersey) or Nursing Temporary Practice Permit; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification issued by the American Heart Association or Red Cross

Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
