Physical Plant Maintenance Technician

As a Plant Maintenance Technician at the State of Delaware, you will be responsible for performing routine and complex maintenance repairs on building structures, fixtures, and appurtenances. This includes performing restoration and renovation work on facilities, as well as maintaining and repairing equipment such as compressors, pumps, hydraulic lifts, and treatment and disposal plants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building structures and equipment
- Restore and renovate facilities to ensure they are safe and functional
- Maintain and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance
