Job Overview

Source EQ is seeking a skilled Therapist to join their tele-therapy team, providing essential care to children, adolescents, and adults in a completely remote role.

Our organization is dedicated to providing cutting-edge treatment and support to our clients. As a Therapist, you will be part of a collaborative team, working closely with a Clinical Director to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy to clients, based on their unique needs.
  • Complete Individual Treatment Plans, OMS Surveys, and other required assessments within program policies and COMAR regulations.
  • Accurately document all services provided and submit documentation in accordance with agency policies.
  • Attend individual and/or group clinical supervision at a frequency determined by the program supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Must be licensed in the State of Maryland (LMSW, LCSW-C, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LCMFT).
  • Independent and flexible work style preferred.
