Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automation Maintenance Technician to join our team on 2nd shift at a growing manufacturing facility in Texas.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in automation machinery repair and a strong understanding of PLC programming and troubleshooting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment, checking and maintaining product quality, and troubleshooting malfunctions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on automation equipment
  • Check and maintain product quality
  • Troubleshoot malfunctions and identify root causes
  • Adjust and calibrate equipment as needed
  • Repair and maintain electrical controls and robot arms
  • Conduct TPM activities and input maintenance work orders into SAP

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 3 or more years of experience in a technical, hands-on position
  • Experience with injection molding and hydraulics/pneumatics required
  • Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting
