- Host and prepare stakeholder meetings and tours.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for each deal and produce marketing materials.
- Conduct pipeline meetings and manage timelines with the back-office team.

- Facilitate cross-team learning opportunities and identify and resolve transaction-related issues.
- Direct team events and perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous commercial real estate experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of and commitment to serving internal and external clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
