Culinary Artist

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for cooking? We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Trattoria Pasquale, an upscale dining restaurant in the heart of the city.

We offer competitive compensation for this role. The estimated salary range is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

This is a full-time position, with shifts available including 8 hour, 10 hour, or 12 hour shifts, morning, day, evening, and night shifts. Hours of operation are Tuesday - Sunday, 4PM - close.

As a Line Cook at Trattoria Pasquale, you will be responsible for preparing all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner. This includes following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant. You will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining your station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills, and restocking all items as needed throughout your shift.

You will work closely with the Chef and Sous Chef to ensure that dishes are prepared to the highest standards and that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.

• Ability to speak, read, and understand basic cooking directions
• Ability to transport up to 50 pounds on occasion and up to 35 pounds regularly
