Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Lawn Care Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various duties, including fertilization, weed control, and insect and disease control.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Preparation: Prepare trucks, equipment, and inventory for daily operations.
- Customer Service: Communicate directly with clients and other team members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Application Tasks: Perform and manage application tasks on client properties, monitoring lawns and landscapes for potential problems.
- Physical Demands: Work primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions, lifting up to 50 pounds and/or dragging up to 100 pounds with regularity.
Requirements
- Age: At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Certification: Certified Applicator License holder or able to attain.
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
