**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Electrical Tech to join our team at BAE Systems USA. As an Aircraft Electrical Tech, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, and/or electromechanical areas.

**Key Responsibilities**

Reading and interpreting electrical fabrication and installation drawings, performing installation and troubleshooting of various electronic systems on the aircraft, and ensuring normal/corrected sight to 20/20 and normal color vision.

Performing fabrication, installation, and troubleshooting of control, power, video, fiber-optic, and RF cables and harnesses on aircraft, testing, adjusting, and replacing parts such as tires, wiring, and instruments using various test equipment, technical diagrams, maintenance manuals, and mechanics' tools.

Ensuring documents and records are maintained, coordinating and inspecting parts, and constructing, troubleshooting, calibrating, adjusting, testing, diagnosing, and maintaining equipment, components, devices, or systems.

**Requirements**

Ability to obtain or possess Secret security clearance, ability to use basic hand tools, O-level troubleshooting experience on military aircraft systems, flightline use of support equipment, and formally trained in the maintenance and troubleshooting of aircraft systems.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Certified 5-Level or Equivalent, experience with Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) publications, experience with Portable Maintenance Aids, test & evaluation experience, and recent hands-on experience.

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $62,810 - $100,540. Please note that this range is based on our market pay structures, and individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors, including business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications.

Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20 hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
