About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Holly Hill Hospital, a behavioral health facility providing specialized treatment programs for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the charge nurse (RN) as prescribed by the physician and the treatment team.
  • Provide medical management and re-assessment of patients.
  • Document patient care, ensuring that data is accurate, and that it is included in the master treatment plan via timely nursing care plan updates.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • One year of inpatient psychiatric experience with adults and/or adolescents preferred.
  • AHA CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Knowledge of human behavior or principles of psychology, including therapeutic relationships and processes, age-specific growth and development, limit setting, crisis, and behavior management.
