Job Summary

Morrison Healthcare seeks a highly skilled Regional Director of Operations to lead and manage a team of leaders in the region. The successful candidate will be part of the regional leadership team, providing planning, direction, and guidance to accounts within Maine while establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Lead, Manage, and Inspire - Lead a diverse team of leaders and their teams to provide top-notch service to patients, guests, and clients.">
  • Drive Business Growth - Drive self and team towards building strong relationships with clients at all levels and achieving operational and financial goals in a dynamic environment.">
  • Strategic Leadership - Serve on the regional leadership team, regularly communicating with peers to share best practices, mitigate risks, champion diversity, and build community.">
  • Client Relationship Management - Own all accounts within assigned territory, ensuring input from and thoughtful communication with key partners, making decisions grounded in balance of risk/reward and short/long term implications.">
  • Cultural Ambassador - Support the RVP in setting cultural tone in the region, meets regularly with extended team to ensure transparency, understanding, safety, accountability, and alignment.">
  • Representative and Brand Ambassador - Serves as representative/brand ambassador of the Morrison team to senior clients in territory, and acts as escalation point.">
  • Sales and Retention Process - Works with regional team members to ensure Sales and Retention process is smooth for all accounts (presentations, negotiations, etc.).">
  • Collaboration and Partnerships - Collaborates with key partners to support regional initiatives.">
  • Compliance and Reporting - Ensures compliance with QA, policy, and USDA program requirements, along with completing all reporting on time.">
  • Performance Development - Champions development in partnership with RVP within the region, conducts performance evaluations, along with succession planning, with focus on building multi-unit management skills.">
  • Financial Management - Owns the financial results/P&L for assigned territory, and works with leadership team to ensure accuracy for reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.">
  • Policies and Procedures - Ensures consistent and fair administration of all policies and procedures.">
  • Market Trends and Strategic Planning - Recognizes and anticipates marketplace trends, participates in regional strategic planning meetings.">

Required Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree - Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university, or eight (8) years progressive experience in multi-unit foodservice, hospitality management, plant operations management, environmental services, laundry distribution, or other Support Services areas in lieu of degree.">
  • Maine Residency - Currently resides or able to relocate to be commutable on a daily basis to Maine.">

Salary Information

">

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
