Administrative Support Specialist

The Bilingual Administrative Assistant is an entry-level position that provides administrative support in functional areas of the Human Resources and Recruitment Department. Key responsibilities include:
Human Resources:- Provide daily support to the Human Resources Department.
- Assist with payroll functions, including discrepancies research.
- Answer staff questions regarding routine HR matters.
- Data entry input of all necessary payroll/personnel changes.
- Maintain the HRIS system.
- Complete employment verifications and wage garnishments.
- Perform internal audits to ensure employee documentation is collected and maintained.
- Manage the employee badge system.
- Assist with the recruitment process by screening candidates and scheduling tests.
- Assist with the administration of weekly informational sessions for Event Staff.
- Assist successful candidates with the onboarding process.
- Welcome new hires and follow up with them on their first day of work.
- Be the main point of contact for new hires, answering questions about scheduling, training, and uniforms.
- Post and edit job descriptions on job boards.
- Assist hiring managers and interviewees onsite.
- Follow up with candidates during the recruitment process.

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous Human Resources/Recruiting experience preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
