Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Department: Human Resources

Status: Full-Time

The Bilingual Administrative Assistant is an entry-level position that provides administrative support in functional areas of the Human Resources and Recruitment Department. Key responsibilities include:

Human Resources:
  • Provide daily support to the Human Resources Department.
  • Assist with payroll functions, including discrepancies research.
  • Answer staff questions regarding routine HR matters.
  • Data entry input of all necessary payroll/personnel changes.
  • Maintain the HRIS system.
  • Complete employment verifications and wage garnishments.
  • Perform internal audits to ensure employee documentation is collected and maintained.
  • Manage the employee badge system.
Recruiting:
  • Assist with the recruitment process by screening candidates and scheduling tests.
  • Assist with the administration of weekly informational sessions for Event Staff.
  • Assist successful candidates with the onboarding process.
  • Welcome new hires and follow up with them on their first day of work.
  • Be the main point of contact for new hires, answering questions about scheduling, training, and uniforms.
  • Post and edit job descriptions on job boards.
  • Assist hiring managers and interviewees onsite.
  • Follow up with candidates during the recruitment process.

  • Previous Human Resources/Recruiting experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
