Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Duties:
    • Proactively identify and engage new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring repeat business and high client retention.
    • Effectively present our products and services to clients, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
    • Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Training Duties:
    • Learn and deliver the current training processes, while actively contributing to the development and improvement of training materials and programs.
    • Provide one-on-one coaching to new hires and junior sales staff, helping them develop their skills and achieve success in sales.
    • Track and evaluate training outcomes, adjusting programs to improve performance and overall results.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the sales team, supporting both personal and team advancement.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1+ years in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Prior experience as a coach, mentor, or trainer is preferred, but not necessary. The ability to be coachable and open to feedback is equally important for ongoing learning and growth.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate and coach a team, with a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and team members.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to stay positive and motivated, even in challenging situations.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, with opportunities for uncapped earnings potential through performance-driven bonuses and commissions. Additionally, we offer a competitive weekly draw pay, access to quarterly and annual incentives, CRM and training tools, and licensing reimbursement for state fees.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires travel within your designated sales area, including occasional overnight trips if necessary. You will work in a dynamic and motivated team environment where collaboration, drive, and success are at the core of our culture.
