Job DescriptionThe Administrative Assistant position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. You will be responsible for performing data entry, analytical tasks, and providing clerical support to the executive team. This includes managing calendars, creating appointments, prioritizing sensitive matters, and maintaining confidentiality.
You will also be responsible for:
- Managing executive schedules, including making appointments and meetings, and prioritizing sensitive matters;
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the executive team;
- Performing skilled data analysis and proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access;
- Preparing requested reports and presentations, collecting and analyzing necessary information;
- Recording meeting discussions and providing minutes as requested;
- Maintaining inventory of executive office supplies and anticipating office needs;
- Creating and maintaining both paper and electronic copies of required documentation, certification, and licensing;
- Coordinating and scheduling travel arrangements and conferences, making appointments, and preparing itineraries;
- Organizing and preparing employee and external gifts, including catering, floral arrangements, cards, and appreciation gifts;
- Screening incoming phone calls, inquiries, visitors, and correspondence, and routing accordingly;
To be successful in this role, you must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1 year of experience in an administrative setting, a current and valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance coverage. You should also demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
BenefitsCareline Health Group offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) retirement plan, mileage reimbursement, and a company vehicle program. Location and HoursThis position is located at 801 Rosehill Road, Jackson, MI 49208. The office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
