We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Atrium Health Charlotte. As a critical care respiratory therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our intensive care unit.

About the Role:

  • Care for critically ill patients requiring mechanical ventilation and other life-support therapies.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an AMA-approved program.
  • RRT certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in North Carolina.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $85,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience.
