Compensation Package:

We offer a highly competitive salary, up to $94,000 per year, based on eligibility. Our comprehensive compensation package includes a generous sign-on bonus of up to $20,000, contingent upon qualifications and requirements. In addition, we provide excellent benefits and opportunities for growth and professional development.

Job Summary:

The Surgical Tele RN Clinical Practice Specialist will be responsible for providing expert clinical care to patients on a full-time basis, with rotating shifts. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and support the Director of Nursing in market nursing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis.
  • Supervising nursing staff and delegating tasks accordingly.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality patient care and competency among clinical staff.
  • Supporting resource management related to patient care.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state where they reside.
  • A minimum of one year of telemetry experience, with CCRN certification preferred.
  • American Heart Association BLS CPR and ACLS certifications.
