Job Overview

Job Description

This opportunity involves leading a team of six to eight field sales representatives, ensuring they understand expectations and adhere to Verizon regulations. The successful candidate will motivate their team to achieve high levels of performance through effective leadership and best practices.

  • Coach and counsel team members to improve skills and address performance gaps.
  • Monitor daily performance and provide regular reporting to management and stakeholders.
  • Recruit additional sales associates as needed using established processes.
Requirements

We are looking for sales professionals with 3+ years of territory sales experience and leadership potential. Key qualifications include:

  • A strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Previous phone or internet sales experience with a technology background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess sound time management and organizational abilities.
